Living in Garden Grove, CA, means I have a ton of options when something needs fixing. When our thermostat started acting up, I hopped online and found Termostat Repair by Arbor Appliance Repair. Their reviews were solid, so I gave 'em a call.
Scheduling was a breeze. They actually worked around my chaotic life, which was awesome.
On the day of the appointment, Joe (the tech) rolled up on time—no annoying wait. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our Honeywell thermostat. Didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. Just straight up did the job.
Once he swapped out a faulty component, he ran a few tests to make sure everything was running smoothly before leaving us. The house has been cozy ever since. Honestly, the guy was in and out in no time.
The price? Totally reasonable. Given the quality of work and ease of service, I'd say it's a steal. Termostat Repair will be getting all our appliance calls from now on. Absolute lifesavers. Huge thanks to Joe and the Arbor crew.
